Data Deletion Request – Blocker Ultra

Blocker Ultra does not require user accounts. However, if you have used our in-app customer support chat (powered by Crisp) and wish to permanently purge your chat transcript and attached session metadata:

• Send an email to contact@blockerultra.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
• Open the in-app support chat and type "Deleting my chat" so our team can locate your anonymous session ID.

Upon receipt, all chat records and associated session parameters will be permanently purged from Crisp within 48 hours.
